We’ll use immersive sound healing to guide you through letting go of what no longer serves and creating space for renewal. This experience is a moment to breathe, reset, and align with the energy of transformation and growth. This Winter Solstice is about communication not just with other but with YOURSELF and you guessed it… your body. This full moon sound bath I am inviting you to bring a journal with you to reflect on 2024 and how you have been in relationship with your body and how you want to feel in 2025.

Very similar to what you would experience with me in a 1:1 session but in a community setting. If you’ve been wanting to do somatic work but finances have been in the way this is the place for you! In this sound bath we will be submerging into the Five layers of consciousness. In yoga philosophy, the belief is that each human being consists of five koshas. You can visualize the five koshas of the human organism as the layers of an onion. From the outermost layer of our bodies - to the most subtle, invisible, innermost layers, the pancha koshas (five sheaths) form the human organism’s metaphorical layers and provide a perfect house for the ātmā to reside.

Ātma is the eternal and immortal soul, the electric spark that animates our bodies and minds. I often refer to this is your energetic field.

Join me for a beautiful Full Moon Sound Bath. I will guide you through a sound immersion ritual of cellular coherence on the deepest level. Using multiple healing instruments and harmonizing with the water molecules of the physical body, I cultivate a container of infinite oneness in the subtle body through sound, intuition, and meditation under the guidance of the full moon.

Our First Responder Sound Bath is targeted towards our brave members of the community who risk their lives each day as Law Enforcement, Fire Fighters, EMTs, etc.

This Sound Bath is the perfect way to help relax the mind and body, and to relieve built up tension brought on by the stressful nature of a First Responder's job.
